Mahoney State Park

This past few days were spent at Mahoney State Park. I suggest you all go there for a few days to check it out - it was some great family fun!! They have it all - horseback riding, pony rides, butterfly garden, putt putt golf, swimming (with slides and a wave pool!), hiking, fishing, paddle boating, a melodramatic theatre, craft area, indoor activity center and MORE....you name it, they probably have it!! I would not call this a "relaxing" vacation - this one was ALL about this kids - and all we did was GO, GO, GO!!

We had one stormy day - so we headed to the craft area and painted some pottery - Owen loved it and had quite a time with the paint!! :)
We had a cabin rented and the boys loved hanging out in the woods.
Hayden's 6th birthday was celebrated there - everyone loves a "funny face" photo!?!?

My budding photographer was thrilled to get his first digital camera for his birthday!!

We did LOTS of fishing - my boys are maniacs when it comes to catching the big one! They already have some great fishing tales.... We took the boys to a couple of seminars the park had, fishing and archery - they were great and hardly anyone was there!

And because they are maniacs, as I said, we had to keep up the fishing and head to Rotary Lake last night - it was a beautiful cool night!
Bubbles are so much fun....
